Transport links to central Paris were very easy, tram and cycles were nearby. The hotel is very clean and tidy and staff very helpful. The room was very extremely comfortable a good size and smart bathroom all furnished to a high standard.
The only complaint would be the crazy prices the drinks ,(Alcoholic and non alcoholic ) are in the hotel bar (a mistake many hotels seem make) so don't arrange to meet friends in house there is better value at nearby bars and in the centre of Paris itself.

The hotel offered excellent amenities, including a fitness center and a swimming pool. The location was very convenient, close to major attractions and public transportation. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet that was provided each morning.
The lack of soundproofing in the rooms, as I could hear noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms during the night. the hotel's Wi-Fi connection was quite slow and unreliable, which was frustrating when trying to work or stream videos.

beautiful atrium
bad location unless you like water parks next door and mcdonald's in paris. theer was a sort of nasty girl in the sports club, but I hear it is sub-contracted, not hotel owned.

Very comfortable international hotel with all facilities you would expect. Good location with easy access to Paris central via Metro (5 min walk then 10 min train ride).

Had a great experience during my Christmas trip at this hotel. the staff was super friendly and attentive to all our needs. Loved the prime location of the hotel, close to all the local places to visit and eat in.
I definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. They offer a good breakfast.
The scrambled eggs were horrible. The trip to the city takes about 20-30 min. which is quite long ..... you cannot have everything.

Hotel was very good, the staff were helpful and the room was clean and modern. The only downside was that it was a bit too far from the centre of things, but apart from that a very good value hotel. We liked the pool and the fitness facilities.

Staffs are very helpful and pleasant. Facilities are conducive for relaxing time with a good leisure complex just next door. Easy walk to city train station.
No menu change in morning buffet breakfast. If u stay more than 3 nights, its better to have your breakfast outside.

Not too far from Balard subway. Breakfast was good (although a bit monotonous after four days). Nice views from high rooms.
Disorganised. Checked into wrong room. Didn't get the room I paid for. Key cards stopped working. Key card system in elevators partly broken. A/C didn't work (but was fixed). Needs repairs everywhere (rooms, elevators, bathrooms, carpets, hallways, windows). Sent letter to manager after first of four nights, had no response. Poor value for money, could have stayed closer in Paris for same price.

Price for a nice and rather modern, clean facility. Proximity of an underground station.
The airco didn't work; the room stayed uncomfortably hot, even at night. We were twice promised that it would be fixed; nothing was fixed. The staff told us that indeed they had some problems. Elevators need to be fixed: they often loose the programmed floors and bring you back down...

Rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean. Tea-Cofee maker being in the room is a definite plus. Service staff is helpful.
The front desks are thinly manned specially at late evenings which results on a queue. Mostly there is one person and you have to wait for a really long time for your chance. Also, the location is almoist outside Paris and only good for people who are having conferences in the Hotel itself. It is really far from city centre although you have a subway station nearby, but if you are returning at late night be ready to shell out a lot on taxis.
